MISSION STATEMENT

The name Herbs and Rye was derived from a concept put in place by Nectaly Mendoza. Nectaly was set on having a equal balance between his Kitchen(Herbs, representing the kitchen ) and Bar ( Rye, representing the Whiskey). The goal was simple classic cocktails with classic and traditional italian food. Herbs and Rye opened December, 15 , 2009 to the public offering  a huge selection of Classic cocktails dated back from the Gothic age of american drinking all the way to modern day classics. The kitchen at Herbs and Rye is  Traditional italian Steak house known for its excellent Flatbreads Great pricing and very delicious italian dishes. The Beverage Program is ran by none other than Gerardo De La Torre from the Light Group . Having worked hand in hand with Nectaly Mendoza opening several Light Group properties, he heads up one of the best cocktail programs Las Vegas has ever seen. Gerardo De La Torre is behind the stick Nightly mixing up some of the worlds best executed classic cocktails. Here at Herbs & Rye we will continue to produce the very best beverage Restaurant experience available. We will lead by example and set the precedence for all others to follow. Giving the utmost consideration to our customers’ needs is a core value and not a sales pitch. We will seek perfection in every aspect of the Food and beverage industry. Our company will continue to grow and be supportive of others who want to grow with us. Herbs & Rye Inc. was created to offer a product and a service to our customers that most only wonder about. The approach is striking and the dedication is sincere.
